With the onset of the first winter storm, the tents of Gaza’s residents—now their only shelter after their homes were bombed during a two-year genocidal war—were flooded.

The occupation has failed to comply with international laws and regulations, launching an attack on an international flotilla undertaking a humanitarian mission that aligns with international law—aimed at breaking the 18-year siege on the Gaza Strip and delivering aid to its people, who have been enduring a continuous genocide for two years.

With U.S. support, Israel has now established a closed zone—described by some as a detention camp—in Rafah, southern Gaza, to distribute humanitarian aid.

On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, Britain announced a series of measures against the Israeli occupation, including sanctions on settlers and settlement entities in the West Bank, a suspension of arms sales, and a halt in free trade negotiations.
