Thousands of supporters of Palestine participated in a demonstration in central London coinciding with the announcement of a ceasefire agreement and a prisoner exchange deal in Gaza.

A number of Palestinian families held a sit-in on Wednesday, 11-12-2024, in Umayyad Square in the Syrian capital, Damascus, demanding to know the fate of their sons detained in the prisons of the Assad regime, which the Syrian opposition announced had fallen days ago.

The Executive Director of the Action Group for Palestinians of Syria, Fayez Abu Eid, revealed during an interview with "Quds Network" that around 50 cases of the release of Palestinian detainees from Syrian regime prisons have been documented since the start of the "Deterring Aggression" campaign on the 27th of last month.

A number of British charities have been referred to Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, over allegations of "aiding and abetting international crimes against Palestinians."

Amnesty International has affirmed that Israel is deliberately committing genocide against Palestinians as part of its ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, which has persisted for over a year.
