A delegation from the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad visited Al Jazeera correspondent Wael Dahdouh, who was injured in his hand by Israeli shelling on December 15, 2023. The shelling targeted him and the late cameraman Samer Abu Daqqa while they were covering the Israeli bombardment of the Farhana school in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad held a discussion seminar on Wednesday 3/11/2021 under the title "104 Years since Balfour Declaration". The seminar was moderated by Nour Abu Ghosh, and the conference hosted a group of Palestinian personalities, who spoke about the Balfour Declaration from legal and media perspectives, and its repercussions on Palestinian refugees.

Turkey's coordinator at the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad held a dialogue meeting with the Secretary-General of the Popular Congress, Munir Shafiq, and the Acting General Assembly of the Conference, Majed Al-Zeer, at the conference headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey. Dialogue was moderated by the head of the coordination, Dr. Saeda Abu Al-Baha, with the participation of a number of members of the coordination.

On Wednesday 29-9-2021, the Palestine Committee of the Jordanian Parliament received the two members of the General Secretariat of the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad, Nader Salah and Khaled Al-Tarani, within the framework of completing the meetings between the Palestine Committee and the Popular Conference and strengthening the partnership signed between them in serving the cause of Jerusalem and Palestine.
